Larry Ross joined John Hancock in January of 1995, after 21 years in the US Navy.
Larry was named 'Rookie of the Year' for the combined Dallas/Ft. Worth firm in 1995, as the top producing first year associate of the year. He was also honored with the Career Achievement Award for the Ft. Worth GAMA chapter in 1995. In 1996 Larry was recognized with a number of firm honors; in 1997 Larry qualified for both the 'Sales Builder Workshop', and the 'President's Candidate Workshop'. He has continued to be recognized as a firm leader throughout his career in the insurance industry.
Larry graduated from Louisiana Tech with a BA in history. He and his wife Patrice make their home in Waxahachie with their four children, where Larry serves a regional market with both protection and investment products.

James Earp is a native Texan, and a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton. He joined John Hancock in 1992, after a very successful career in the business arena.
James and his wife of 30-plus years, Mary, have two grown children. They are active members of the First Baptist Church in Denton, where James serves as a Deacon. He is also a board member of the ROME Foundation which is dedicated to building clinics and hospitals in Haiti. An active member of the community, James serves as a Board Member of Hope For the Children of Haiti (helping orphans in Haiti) and a volunteer in the criminal justice area. James and Mary live in Denton, TX.

Irving “Jerry” Fowler joined the firm in September of 1999, and subsequently was named “Rookie of the Year” for his first year in the industry. He qualified for John Hancock’s Initial Circle Workshop in 2000.
Prior to joining John Hancock, Jerry owned and operated his own Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning Company for 25 years. He began his professional career as a Project Manufacturing Engineer with Texas Instruments in September of 1963. Jerry earned a BSEE Degree from Louisiana State University in 1962, and an MBA from the same school in 1963. Jerry served in the US Navy from 1954 through 1957. Jerry and his wife Peggy have one daughter and two grandchildren. He’s an avid golfer.
Tim Jones

Tim Jones, a 1981 graduate from the University of Iowa, joined John Hancock Financial Network in July of 1982.
Tim has achieved Honor Club status six times, as well as the President’s Conference, while in personal production.
In addition to his professional practice, Tim has played a valuable role for the firm serving as a teacher, coach and mentor for new associates.
Tim enjoys sports of all types, both as a participant and a spectator.

Dave Czarnecky was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but was "lucky enough to grow up in San Diego, California". He earned both a BS and MBA in Finance from the University of California Berkeley during the infamous ‘Free Speech Movement’. Dave notes that “he was not a ‘hippie’ but probably would have had a lot more fun in college had he been one…”.
Dave has a strong background in finance, having worked in that area with Ford, Coldwell Banker and Occidental Chemical Corporation. He was with the latter for 18 years, serving as a Division Controller and Group Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has been a member of Financial Executives International for many years.
Dave has worked in the insurance industry for the past four years.
Dave has a son, daughter and three delightful grandchildren, all of whom live here in the Metroplex. He has enjoyed raising championship pure-bred dogs for several years as a hobby.

Steve Foltz joined John Hancock in 2004, providing products and services for financial strategies. He bring more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry to our firm, that experience has been very complementary to his new role.
Steve earned his B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He's been a Dallas/Ft. Worth resident since 1979. He's a member of Northwest Bible Church, where he's active in the Singles group. Steve also enjoys tennis, astronomy, the arts and travel. His personal mission statement reads; 'to be an Advocate for those in need of sound financial analysis, so that they may make the best possible decisions in order to accomplish their financial goals.'
